Catholic education is a matter of mind, heart . . . and hand. In the collaborative religious education program at St. Paul and St. Veronica Catholic parishes, for example, Sunday school students learn the faith by doing the faith when they hand-craft rosaries. That way of educating the whole person happens every week for nearly 50,000 young people at parish religious education programs and Catholic day schools throughout the archdiocese.
The Appeal funds a broad range of needs, from training for catechists and teachers to tuition assistance. The goal is always to place a Catholic education in the hands of everyone who desires it.
