Prayers for next-generation leadership.

Nicole couldn't wait to graduate from college and begin parish work. Now in her second year as Director of Christian Formation at St. Catherine of Alexandria Parish in Milwaukee, it has been everything she expected. "It's really cool that I have a job where I can talk with people about faith," she says. Her enthusiasm and commitment are characteristic of the next generation of Church leaders. Cultivating their talents is the New Directors Program of the archdiocese, funded by the Appeal.

It enriches their understanding of Catholic faith formation, demonstrates best practices and links them with resources for the parish. Nicole sees the program as helping her to "be best at my job and doing what I'm called to do."
